Create a new payment transaction directly in the system through the school's Flywire link or Policy 365's API link.
Pay for a previously created transaction without re-entering your initial personal details.
Monitor the status of your transaction from initiation to receipt at your institution.
For payments made via the school's Flywire link or Policy 365's Flywire API link that require logging into the school portal to complete the payment instruction, send the PAYMENT ID to Policy 365 immediately after creation or no later than within the month the payment is made to ensure accurate reconciliation.
Key rules to keep your payment and refund smooth.
If the customer holds both a Vietnamese and a foreign passport, only the Vietnamese passport is accepted for payment or application purposes.
A school email can be used instead if it clearly shows the school name, logo, student's full name as in the passport, the amount payable and the due date.
A notarized power of attorney (red seal, notary signature) is required with relevant documents. Photos must be in color and from original documents.
For politically exposed persons:
Contact the bank to investigate and correct the reference, or request a refund and re-transfer (1-3 days) with matching account information.
Email Flywire or Cohort with full account details, confirmation from the student/payer email, the original payment receipt and the payer's passport/ID. Extra documents are required depending on who paid.
Provide account holder, address, account number, bank name and SWIFT code, the original receipt, payer's ID and the email from the registered address.
Differences may come from school fees, exchange rate changes and the Flywire processing fee (1%).
Split into multiple transfers and ensure the correct reference on each one.
Contact your bank, check card details, ensure the card is active with funds and online payments enabled, select the correct card type, or split into smaller payments. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
The displayed amount includes Flywire and partner fees. Your bank may add currency conversion fees on top.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported in some countries. ZaloPay, MoMo and Timo are not supported.
